Clip in and climb

Designed with both beginners and experts in mind, the CAC climbing walls feature a climbing surface that more closely resembles natural rock than anything on the market today.

  • It’s a great way to get out of your regular workout routine and into a robust social environment. And our facilities come equipped with an ever-changing assortment of routes and structures: crack climbing, a horizontal roof, dihedrals, arêtes, slab and endurance routes. In addition to this, Lincoln Park offers a sustained 30-degree overhang, Lakeview features a climbing wall and a bouldering cave and Evanston is home to two climbing walls, a bouldering cave and 46-foot high endurance routes. If you’re looking to shake up up your workout and get your adrenaline running, this is a great way to help improve your balance, coordination and flexibility while refining your arm, back and core strength.
