A person who is interested in joining the Chicago Athletic Clubs may use one complimentary pass to visit our club. However, an appointment must be arranged with a membership advisor at least 24 hours in advance of this visit. He/she must live within the Chicago area and present a photo ID upon arrival to our club. Without advance notice. One guest receipt may be applied toward joining the Chicago Athletic Clubs.

Lincoln Park, West Loop, Lakeview, Lincoln Square and Wicker Park
A guest fee of $25 applies.

Evanston
A guest fee of $20 applies.

All out of state/town guests pay a $25 guest fee.

We’re more than a gym, we’re a community.

Whether it’s in your spinning classes, toning up by the free weights, swimming laps in the Triathlon club, or hitting up the climbing wall, our members have made CAC a self-perpetuating community of communities. Clip in and climb

Designed with both beginners and experts in mind, the CAC climbing walls feature a climbing surface that more closely resembles natural rock than anything on the market today.

It’s a great way to get out of your regular workout routine and into a robust social environment. And our facilities come equipped with an ever-changing assortment of routes and structures: crack climbing, a horizontal roof, dihedrals, arêtes, slab and endurance routes. In addition to this, Lincoln Park offers a sustained 30-degree overhang, Lakeview features a climbing wall and a bouldering cave and Evanston is home to two climbing walls, a bouldering cave and 46-foot high endurance routes. If you’re looking to shake up up your workout and get your adrenaline running, this is a great way to help improve your balance, coordination and flexibility while refining your arm, back and core strength. We offer year-round access as well as a variety of training classes for swimmers at all skill levels.

With minimal impact on your joints, swimming is a great full body workout utilizing resistance training. Whether you’re a beginner perfecting your form or a master building endurance, our slew of classes and lessons will keep you driven and energized. Looking for private lessons?
