Karli has been dancing since the age of three, following in the footsteps of her mother. After teaching dance for four years in college she was approached to start teaching Pilates. She then became mat certified through Pilates Institute of America and later became certified on all equipment through Polestar Pilates. She enjoyes teaching to all populations, including pre and post natal. She currently teaches Pre and Post Muscle Definition combining strength and stretch during pregnancy. After taking kickboxing for many years, she fell in love with Turbo Kick and became certified in 2009. Missing dance and wanting to try something new, she became Zumba certified in 2012. Karli has been an instructor with CAC since 2008 and enjoys working with all populations and helping them reach their fitness goals and have a great time as well.
