Massage therapy facilities are located at our Lakeview and Evanston locations.

Massage therapy has a wide range of beneficial effects on all levels of the body—physical, mental and emotional. Whether you are trying to heal from chronic back pain, training for an athletic competition, having a baby or escaping the stresses of everyday life, our massage therapists will use the appropriate techniques tailored to your needs.

Our massage therapists are members of professional massage therapy associations and licensed in the state of Illinois.

Non-members are also welcome to experience massage at no additional charge.

Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays–Sundays: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

  Shiatsu Massage - Evanston
  
  Literally meaning “finger pressure”, Shiatsu is a massage technique adopted in Japan and developed with influences from both East and West. Differing from traditional massage in using firm pressure applied by the fingers, thumbs and palms, Shiatsu is concerned with correcting imbalances in the body and in maintaining general health. Combining exercises, stretches and meditations, Shiatsu works with the body’s internal energy to provide a nurturing experience that promotes overall well-being and happiness. Clip in and climb

Designed with both beginners and experts in mind, the CAC climbing walls feature a climbing surface that more closely resembles natural rock than anything on the market today.

It’s a great way to get out of your regular workout routine and into a robust social environment. And our facilities come equipped with an ever-changing assortment of routes and structures: crack climbing, a horizontal roof, dihedrals, arêtes, slab and endurance routes. In addition to this, Lincoln Park offers a sustained 30-degree overhang, Lakeview features a climbing wall and a bouldering cave and Evanston is home to two climbing walls, a bouldering cave and 46-foot high endurance routes. If you’re looking to shake up up your workout and get your adrenaline running, this is a great way to help improve your balance, coordination and flexibility while refining your arm, back and core strength. Keep your head above the water

We offer year-round access as well as a variety of training classes for swimmers at all skill levels.

With minimal impact on your joints, swimming is a great full body workout utilizing resistance training. Whether you’re a beginner perfecting your form or a master building endurance, our slew of classes and lessons will keep you driven and energized. Looking for private lessons?
