Introduction:
I believe that fitness is a state of body, mind, heart and spirit. When we feel good, we are happy, healthy and whole and our lives reflect that inner state. I love working with anyone who wants to feel better and enjoy their life more. I particularly like helping people discover that it is never too late to start and that illness, injury and age limit us, but they do not have to keep us from feeling happy and living with joy. My goal is to support each individual I work with to develop a fitness regime that supports their unique needs and to ensure that their work-out is safe, efficient, effective, satisfying and fun!
