I have worked through two separate hip replacements to get myself back to the physical condition I want to be in. I can also help you get to where you want to be. When you have problems reaching your goals and think you can not take anymore, I am the influence that can make you do more. My goal with personal training is to help you reach new heights and always attain your goals.
