I enjoy working with people and seeing what they can achieve. I know when encouraged people can accomplish more then they expect! I can help design a workout for you that you’ll see results with and have fun with. I love training people because I get a sense of pride out of their accomplishments. As a trainer I like to focus my workouts in a circuit style routine. I feel that this way you can keep your heart rate, burn more calories and get more accomplished in the time that you have. I also like to focus on core work. The body uses the core constantly and having a strong core will lead to having a strong body.
