When you become fit within yourself, that translates to the outer world. Everything you do has an effect. The first step is caring for and respecting yourself. You have control over whether you exercise or not, what you eat or don’t. In a world that can feel so out of control, this is one area where you have it. This can be very grounding and reassuring. It’s something you can focus on when life feels out of focus. Plus it has great benefits! Taking control of your health can only have a positive impact, and I would love to help you find the balance that works for you. If you are thinking about utilizing a trainer at LVAC, Kris Jennings should be at the top of your list. She is my trainer and here is why she should be yours. First she treats everyone as an individual and her first question to me was what do you want to achieve from our training. Being retired and a rabid golfer, my two main goals were to become more flexible and to develop a stronger core. With those goals in mind, she set up my training program. As my training has progressed, she continues to question me as to whether I feel I am moving forward in meeting my goals.
